Looking for a charity place?

Register now!

Join Team Can Prevent for the 2017 Richmond Marathon and help us to continue our groundbreaking research. One in two people in the UK will be diagnosed with cancer at some point in their lives, but, with your help, we’ll be one step closer to preventing cancer and the misery it causes.

Registration is free but in order to secure one of our charity places we ask that you raise a minimum of £500 in sponsorship (excluding Gift Aid). We’ll be here to support you along the way with lots of fundraising ideas and tips.

If you’re interested in a charity place with us, please submit a registration form.

Got your own place?

If you have managed to secure your own place and want to help us prevent cancer, please get in touch. Team Can Prevent would love to welcome you - you’ll have all the benefits and support, but there is no minimum fundraising target. Just raise as much as you can and have fun!

What we’ll offer you:

  • An exclusive World Cancer Research Fund running vest
  • A Welcome Pack filled with fundraising hints and tips
  • A dedicated Events Team, to help support you along the way with training plans
  • Cheering points for friends and family to join, to give you a much needed boost during the race!

Not sure running’s for you?

If you don’t fancy 26 miles, why not join us as a volunteer cheerer instead? Fill in our volunteer form to register your interest, and one of our events team will be in touch.
