I quit smoking 2 weeks ago and the overall aim is to follow a more Eco-friendly diet from now on. I will be aiming to use as little non-recyclable packaging as possible and continue to reduce waste. I will also aim to cook at home, bring lunch to work and avoid coffee shops. No sweet treats, no crisps, no take aways, no fizzy drinks, no chips or fast food.
